Amazon Pay ICICI Rewards for November

Hi,
Ive got less rewards than what were eligible for month of november . On contacting bank, they have deducted a significant amount of rewards citing reason – Differential Rewards Claw-back 17Oct to 4Nov . Anyone knows about this or facing the same issue ?

Ya saw that but i hardly have any amazon gv purchases, so its due to some other reason and yes they have deducted the clawback rewards on 13 November as per the info they have provided.

Same here, Got approx 900 less cashback ( not purchased any GC )! Got 2350 instead of 3250! According to ICIC cc they credited the full cashback and it was Amazon who declined 900 approx cb! They said me the same thing – Differential Rewards Claw-back 17Oct to 4Nov
1 more dimer got 750 less cb and ICICI cc said him that they will adjust in December! @Krypto
I hope its not the extra cashback lol (the credited 5% over 2% for GV)
OLA/SBI started doing something similar from April/May this year for the extra cashback they credited for few months (Reduced/No cashback -15% CB offer*)

Any excess points/rewards credited will be recovered at later stage. Here is the case with HDFC.

Tell this in hdfc ltf deal thread where some mentioned icici customer care is the best compared to hdfc & axis.

where to complain. i had to get 5% aroung 2250 nut only got 1050 regularly calling toll free number and it is dicconnecting when hering amazonpay icici credit card?
what to do for giving complaint for getting remaining reward points. I didint buy gv only buy phones in prime account

fk axis is way better than this card now due to these type of hidden issue(though i hadn’t encountered yet,but m using more axis fk now)
