convert my Amazon Pay Balance to Cash
Is that in the 'gifts and credits" (gift card) section.
Or is it in the Stored Value Account (SVA)/ Money portion?
.
Recently there also have been news of Amazon putting in place the legal measures to roll out the UPI based fund transfer or sone such thing.. to its users... where even the 'gifts and credits' portion too can be used.
.
The sites which allow 'log in with Amazon' or pay with Amazon... might be an indirect way to utilise the pay balance... if not readily convert it to cash.

So sorry, but I am not aware of the ways to do jugglery, by rotating funds from one places to another via various FinTech platforms.
.
.
However even if you have 50% confidence or proof that it was a PoD/CoD order and you never asked for or consented for refund to Amazon credits.
.
Or if you play/ genuinely deal the victim card.. that you barely have an income and are in dire states .
....
.... their internal systems DO ALLOW the following.
.
They need thousands of internal approvals and replies from various teams though.
So even when humans (and not buffoons, baboons) worked in [email protected], it still took time.
.
■ a token 'indemnity is taken from the customer.
(If finance, promotions, seller support, seller themselves and other teams approve).
■ the GC issued by third party (Qwikcilver or whatever now they call themselves).. have to be coordinated for.. with the issues.
■ GC once added to the account, cannot be deleted/removed. But their XYZ teams, after approvals, can 'lock' the GC and amount becomes unusable.
■ If Cx gave the indemnity, then they can reduce the pay balance credits.
■ They then issue the new instrument (bank transfer or paper cheque).
.
.
If your original payment was not PoD/CoD or Amazon Pay balance.. to begin with...
... then do not be on the defensive.
Rather be on the offensive.
.
Give them ([email protected] / [email protected]) an e-mail notice with lead time of 15 days... and write unambiguously about the 'remedy' you expect.
.
Have this too mentioned/ intimated in the e-mail that at the end of the 15 day/ N days.. you (customer) withhold the right to serve Amazon Seller Services Private Limited, XYZ Seller LLP, Amazon India Limited with a legal notice.. to seek remedy.
.
And by the fourteenth day itself, have that letter/ notice (drafted by a competent law firm) sent to Amazon.
.
If it is their folly to refund to Amazon Pay, instead of 'back to source'.. then you may not even need to pay bills of self/ others... just to utilise the funds.
You might actually get that whole amount back to source or aa a paper cheque or in the bank account (details of which need to be provided).
