I thought for mini kyc accounts 10k limit is there so we can send back added money as @ amazonpay handle is there, but i am unable to send money to anyone, how can I withdraw it, it's money part of pay balance, kindly guide if anyone have experienced same.

Yes, for P2P UPI transfer, full-kyc is needed.
But the problem for me right now is that it's not working even for Merchant Payments.
