Amazon Prime Delivering Items Slower in My PINCODE from Last 6 Months

I don’t know, what happened but amazon delivers items very slow even after being a prime member for any prime products i checked with a lot of items like electronics, clothes and many things

What could be the reason? are you facing the same thing? previously, on my address, every eligible prime item was taking not more than 2 days and now it’s taking 5-7 days.

Very luck you are. For my area, they used to deliver till last year. Then suddenly they kept returning all the items back to the seller since our area is little far from Amazon center. I tried every single support method for a month and finally emailed Jeff Bezos. They fixed the issue after two months of constant follow up and started delivering again. It went well for 3 months and now again they have started doing the same crap. Every item that comes to Amazon warehouse near our region is getting sent back to seller. This is happening to everyone in our region. I understood there’s no point in messaging customer service. They give irrelevant crap like check your address and stuff. So I emailed Jeff Bezos and the current CEO. It has been two weeks even they are not replying now. Wasted my Prime membership sad

exact same issue is with my location. They always sort my product to different location and mess up with the last mile warehouse. It either used to return to seller or always delayed delivery. I raised so many complains and did follow up with them, now they are able to deliver 1 day somehow.

Probably issue with your nearest Amazon Hub.
Try inquiring about it with the delivery guys when they come next time. They might give more appropriate reason the cause.

It can be also possible that routing of orders to your region/ address is done in a different way. Hence, the delay.

call customer care and tell them they will adjust gift card of some amount as apology credit but you need to show them the orders which arrived last past GDD or prime assured delivery date .
