AMAZON PRIME VOUCHER

I redeemed my sbi card prime shopping voucher of 250 rupees and i had 125 prime voucher from paytm so now i have 375 in my voucher but everytime i went to buy shoppind edition it is being declined and i have tried all payment options as amzon pay balance is greyed so i cant use it then after contacting customer service they told me i have to buy vouchers again as i cant use other options as i hv got it from third party

i only need 24 now for 399 prime shopping edition
