i had amazon prime voucher from sbi credit card of rupees 250 and paytm prime voucher of 125 so a total of 375 and i tried to buy prime shopping edition of 399 and payement was declined everytime . i hav tried amzon icici card ,sbi ,amazon pay upi but it was declined and after contacting customer support they told me i cant use my amzon pay balance nor even other payment option
i had to buy amazon prime voucher from third party also both were clubbed together so i thought i should use either paytm or sbi voucher only but they are clubbed together

Buy 24rs. Asv or buy 100/150 voucher from veera/timespoints from trading section which is usually available in 20-30 rs.

there customer service was dull after i told them that my frnd paid rest amount through pay balance they did not believe me and told me that i had to buy vouchers only again and no other payment mode is allowed so i asked them to register a complaint and then they forwarded my call where the representative helped me with on call by saying to opt for google pay nd told me that juniors are not trained well and he will take this as feedback so i paid 24 through gpay
