Amazon product received but status returning to seller

Guys yesterday I bought solimo charcoal peel off mask worth ₹62.
Today got it delivered but the status is returning to seller and reason being either refused at doorstep or cancelled.
Delivery guy was having problem in scanning but later he handed over the package.
So what should I do now don’t want to get into any mess.
Anyone have any such experience.
Thanks in advance.

once i faced similar situation…
they will inform about this in their office, later they will update
and you too tell this to cc team via chat/call/email, if you don’t want any prob
