Amazon Replacement

I ordered a product in Amazon. I'm not satisfied with the product. So I asked for an replacement because refund option is not available. The return pickup is done. Now the replacement is shipped. What happens if I cancel the replacemen order in Amazon after it's shipped?

If you cancel replacement, you will have to tell amazon to provide refund.

Otherwise they will again ship same product..

So basically there is a loophole where u can get refund of return and refund option is not there

It's not loophole.
You are getting your own money back if you do not take product.
Amazon aware of this.

Then they would directly give option for the return and refund but they does not

They don't want returns so they do not directly keep in return window.

Such cases are rare so they give refund only exceptional case.. Not every time.

For replacement only items they’ll also get replacement option only, refund on return option won’t be given to them also, unless you get a wrong item or it doesn’t match website description then they will get refund on return option.

If you have placed order using COD/POD and you opted for  replacement and cancel it there are high chances of getting a paper check to your address and it will take up to a month.

Wait till you get your unnecessary replacement item nd then return it, after that you'll get refund.

Its really an annoying, long process to get refund if the product ordered is substandard.
