I just had a talk with amazon cc expert…she clearly defines me everything regarding the issue… She said they had opened a separate portal regarding complaints on this matter and a special team is resolving the issue…. How they are solving is define below…
suppose your order value is 1349 and cashback is 1400. If your order is cancelled and cashback is locked then first you have to raise compliant regarding this.
you receive 25 as token of apology.Nothing will be refunded unless you didn’t raise a ticket on this matter only on call.
After raising the ticket what they are doing is tracking that gc id and transferring the amount of order i.e 1349 into payment source and rest Rs. 51 will be remain safe in your Apay account along with Rs.25 token…So total Rs. 76 will remain in your Apay account Unlocked.
All this can took 5-7 working days she said bt it can take more time bcz she said " you can’t believe we alrdy had esclate lakhs of tickets in this matter" so it can take more time too…
The orders Dated 14 july to 18 july are to be considered under this matter.
Main thing is you have to raise the ticket to get your principal amount back to your source.
