No, but they do keep track of how many items you have returned. There will come a day when they will block your account permanently citing excessive returns

Nopes, But When Your Accounts Get Grey Listed Then They Will Do For Everything And Even Stop From Giving You Refund.(When Return/Refund Is More)
Its All Automatic Process Where After Certain Return Ratio Your Account Will Banned. So Maintain Orders And Return/Refund Ratio In Good Condition.
