Amazon Rupay platinum offer error

Amazon is giving me "Please ensure your card is enabled for online transactions" for all rupay platinum cards. Transaction is enabled on all and was used last month.
Anyone else facing something similar

Amazon payment gateways server will always be down when most of the people try to use this offer at the same time. Try every few hours or try again 4-5 times. Card OTP page will open.
