What's wrong with Amazon all Card offers are only for EMI transactions wtf. What's the point of these offers when you end up paying 18% GST each month till your tenure.

Is there something I'm missing. 😞

EMI trxns are the ultimate aim of any credit card provider. They know majority of cardholders have ability to repay their credit card bills who also keep looking for card offers. So the best way to earn is habituate them with card offers first and then gradually move all offers to EMI txns.

Step 1 was getting habituated to card offers.
Step 2
was luring towards EMI offers to test how many will fall for that. We've already seen this from quite some time when non-emi txn gives 1250 off and emi txn gets 1750 off.
Step 3
is getting rid of non-emi offers. This might happen slowly. Users will have practically no say.

Even no-cost EMI is not available always now. Sometime you only see extra interest EMIs for cards which have offers.
