Amazon SBI Card Payment Gateway Failure

Same here payment declined twice after entering correct otp on gateway, it is asking to revise payment., I tried with sbi cashback credit card since that is the only sbi card I have, although T&C says excluded from Amazon sale Op, Which card your tried to use? Please comment if anyone way able to use sbi cashback credit card on current sale

Which tnc says u won't get 5% extra cashback on sbi cashback crdfit card?

It doesn't say you won't get 5% cb but it does say it's excluded from program I.e. Current sale

Do you think that's the reason my transaction is getting declined even after getting 10% instant discount and entering correct otp?

Yes been through that too, blocking and unblocking from the beginning but this Amazon payment isn't going through at all even after entering otp.

Tried just now and this was the error after otp & redirecting to Amazon

Which variant of sbi cc are you using? And do leave a message here if it works on any of the next try. I'll do the same. 

I have cashback sbi and sbi debit. Getting error for both

I tried almost 5 times in last 10 hours for my last evening order with cashback sbi and other variant sbi card Only option we have is to keep trying till 24 hours from the first payment failure as order will auto cancel after that. I would also lose cb rewards because of this gateway f-up!

Tried now with sbi debit card, went fine. Lost the 5% cashback. I got that sbi card especially for this sale only, finally it didn't work. Worstu...

same issue, tried 10+ times. Amazon is not ready to even register the complaint and solve the issue. used same cars on flipkart and is working fine. but not on amazon. its clear their payment gateway issue but they are blaming on bank
