Dont buy gold coins from Amazon
First of all they provide some credit card discount.
then there sellers will ship the orders,
it will reach to your nearest location but they won't deliver the products they will mark as return back to the seller
then it will reach out to their sellers and in amazon they will mark as delivered.
When we reach out to their customer service they will deny the refund and they will say all the items are delivered to you with OTP
My amount of around 57735 was struck due to this issue and I have already raised a complaint in consumer forum.
Note : This is happened to me multiple times.

due to work load they mark it delivered.
they deliver it in 10-15days after marking delivered.
i too faced the same problem. keep your conversation documented.
and if name of 3rd party logistics is visible, contact their support team and ask status.

But buying digital gold is safe, right?
Try to find out the reason, you will stop buying Digital gold and start buying physical gold coins.

If the order is being returned to the seller then it will also be tracked in tracking history. So basically going to the seller will be marked as RTO.
Technically, it should be refunded to the user. If this is how it is going.
But your case is different, as it is still with your local delivery hub.
Check the name of the Delivery company and contact them directly.
I have been buying gold and silver from reputed brands from atleast 6 years. Never had any issue with Amazon.
Return to origin will clearly show the item is sent back to shipper.

I placed banglore refinery,whp and Himanshu gold coins/pendants same issue happened so the issue is with amazon and the courier is bluedart.
I too buying Gold coin more than 3 years never had such experience, Usually Gold Coin deliver through Bluedart courier only. They are prompt, this post might be false info

Same problem happened with me in this month and this problem was torched to me, the amaonz customer executives are so dumb nowdays they not listen actually problem direct said we not help in this matter because otp based delivered. This his the main problem. So Contacted to Seniors and tell exact problem and said please check with technical team form tracking, then they can find problem and issue refund after 14 days..
Don't purchased gold from Amazon from that account..

I can share you the order screenshots tracking id's and chat with their customer service.

I don't think so. Everyday they get such letters.
Better escalate to higher authorities. The seller may be doing this as the gold prices increased in last few days. They may not want to give you at the cheaper rates
Whenever you order precious items from any online website, we should always check the status now and then, till it delivers properly.
I have been placing the gold coins order since 3-4 years, i never faced any such issues and i order from different accounts as per the offers.
always take the screenshot if found anything fishy and write an email (it will work as proof) that time itself without any delay.
As per my knowledge , since i am working in this logistics industry .
- its upto the delivery hub or delivery guy to deliver or not. (Every company has a rule : attempt 3 times)
- if its costing the delivery person too much then he will try to avoid by marking it with any available reason
I can assure all of u that...... it's not bluedart, that is making our orders RTO.
I was told There is a intermediate person in charge of logistics between amazon and bluedart.
Bluedart have instructions not to deliver and marked RTO before the item reaches the item reaches destination.
I have spoken to sellers whp, Himanshu, banglore Refinery, Mmtc and many supervisor of amazon and bluedart.
Trust me.. Problem is with Amazon only. They are not delivering to old Amazon accounts who placed only gold orders.

They might have updated their software. Some technical problem.. They also know that.. But cc doesn't agree.

Recently 5 orders from Himanshu 10gm were cancelled bought @ 56000. Due to non pick up from bluedart.
Seller has product packed and ready to dispatch.
Bluedart don't have instructions to pick up.
Amazon system canceled orders due to non pick up.refund is issued right away
Do share the name of the seller/brand. Atleast that will make us genuinely alert about the scammers.
Same case with me too ...Brand : MMTC, seller was MMTC PAMP India Private Limited, Courier name : BLUEDART
Same scam happen to me also, I bought MMTC pendent using SBI CC on 3rd oct , Delivery was through BLUEDART , after 6-7 days when this product come to my city...it auto cancelled by seller & marked RTO...nd now till today ( 31 oct) i didnt receive refund ..even after so many calls & emails

One of my frd too faced this, he bought Malabar pendent using Sbi cc, delivery was through BLUEDART, his order too auto returned & refund not came....he too waiting & fighting with amazon

I have faced this issue where gold order reaches nearest delivery hub and gets RTOed. Totally 47k got stuck with amazon.
I have ordered so much regularly that I have made friends with Bluedart office. They said they have received RTO from amazon even before product was picked up from warehouse. The issue is entirely with amazon and the root cause is amazon new ai system which flags heavy ordering from precious metals category from a single account.

I have purchased the same from Snapdeal as well as Amazon. Haven’t had any issues as the hallmark was always there. Got it checked for purity with local jeweler too.

I encountered at once instance with Amazon and blue dart but it was not a gold order but other product and culprit was the seller.
After ordering received blue dart tracking code and on the day received notification it's delivered but I didnt recieved it. To find out, I quickly reached nearest blue dart office and found the tracking code provided by seller was not actually for me but to someone else. I requested Bluedart and took a photo of the tracking details and shared with Amazon and thankfully Amazon refunded my money back.
In this process, Amazon made wait for few days before refund was issued (a2z claim was raised) in which seller responded order is delivered to the customer but thankfully proof I submitted was sufficient but without it maybe it would have been difficult for me to explain or convince that order was not delivered to me because tracking details said it's delivered.

it once happened with me, mmtc doing these scam or their one of staff.. they get OTP from Amazon seller system and make it delivered in amazon system while bluedart don't care about OTP because it's amazon facility
they did this with me many time and it was hard to convince amazon but thankfully they refunded and its happening only when you use same address and person because mmtc guys somehow target specific people who frequently orders.. because at same when I ordered it on different address with different person mobile number it worked...
hopefully amazon will take strict action against mmtc for such pratice and mmtc should also care about its brand value.

In Blue Dart Website and Amazon app Tracking shows return to seller but after reached to seller Amazon marked delivered to customer, but in bluedart tracking show's delivered to seller the problem is not understand by Amazon Executive because in Amazon app its show delivered to customer..
