Amazon seller cheat with me

Same old scam (PE >> COD >> Deliver wrong product >> Cancel order from seller side)
People continue to post these scam threads as deals and newbies continue to get scammed.. hmm

PS: Amazon won’t help you here as according to them order got cancelled n the delivery didn’t happen
Register a cyber crime complaint online or file one offline (albeit I won’t be expecting any resolution)

If order is cancelled and not shipped yet in the record. Then technically you should get refund automatically. Wait for refund period which is usually 5-6 days in most of the banks

You didn’t get it, actually he paid cash to delivery guy it was cod order
and in account it’s not reflecting and showing item is shipped but somehow he got delivery. Later in account order get cancelled instead of delivered. Now buyer can’t do anything.

Is it COD order or Prepaid ?

Who was the seller? Did you pay the exact same amount to Delivery guy as from the order page? Do you have tracking or return address or anything? Why did u choose this seller?

I think u should make a flow chart or something because the way u say it , its really confusing. and maybe put that on twitter or send through email , so amazon team could investigate.

2.Ya exact Same
3.No I Don’t
4.I chosen this seller becouse of loot price

Then there is no No Other option just file a complain in Cyber Crime if you want to Proceed Further Else Just bear the losses amazon Not gona help you in this situation

This type of thing happened to me with a swiggy delivery guy. He took the cash and said I didn’t give him money for the food lol
Swiggy chose to believe the thief and blocked my account until I pay for that food again .

Hearing this type of scam for the first time..
Take the snapshot of parcel (I hope the parcel barcode, seller address will also be fake) and tag them in twitter and in email.
I hope u should get an partial/full amount as compensation from amazon to safeguard their reputation and it helps to identify and ban that seller to avoid future scams.

Amazon will help. Call them and talk to thier floor manager and follow escalation matrix till last level jeff @ amazon . com

I don’t understand why people choose CoD…
The delivery agent won’t allow you to open the package without getting payment for it, once you pay & open package you cannot return and take back the money from agent..

And now they are getting scammed for this

PS: It all started with Snapdeal Hard-disk PE Scam couple of years back!

this is the benefit of COD. easy to scam buyers. always pay by credit card online. be safe.

Atleast we can raise dispute with CC company if Amazon not help

Today my friend also got a cod order worth 2100. Courier guy said it’s from Amazon. A new way of scamming.

Ya i received cancellation update on mail (Foeget to update mail box) but didn’t on sms
