Amazon seller cheat with me

Same old scam (PE >> COD >> Deliver wrong product >> Cancel order from seller side)
People continue to post these scam threads as deals and newbies continue to get scammed.. hmm

PS: Amazon won’t help you here as according to them order got cancelled n the delivery didn’t happen
Register a cyber crime complaint online or file one offline (albeit I won’t be expecting any resolution)

If order is cancelled and not shipped yet in the record. Then technically you should get refund automatically. Wait for refund period which is usually 5-6 days in most of the banks

Is it COD order or Prepaid ?

Who was the seller? Did you pay the exact same amount to Delivery guy as from the order page? Do you have tracking or return address or anything? Why did u choose this seller?

I think u should make a flow chart or something because the way u say it , its really confusing. and maybe put that on twitter or send through email , so amazon team could investigate.

Then there is no No Other option just file a complain in Cyber Crime if you want to Proceed Further Else Just bear the losses amazon Not gona help you in this situation

This type of thing happened to me with a swiggy delivery guy. He took the cash and said I didn’t give him money for the food lol
Swiggy chose to believe the thief and blocked my account until I pay for that food again .

Hearing this type of scam for the first time..
Take the snapshot of parcel (I hope the parcel barcode, seller address will also be fake) and tag them in twitter and in email.
I hope u should get an partial/full amount as compensation from amazon to safeguard their reputation and it helps to identify and ban that seller to avoid future scams.

Place Fresh Order with Amazon and Explain same story to Amazon after Delivery.

Amazon will help. Call them and talk to thier floor manager and follow escalation matrix till last level jeff @ amazon . com

when you are purchasing from Amazon, why COD?

this is the benefit of COD. easy to scam buyers. always pay by credit card online. be safe.

Today my friend also got a cod order worth 2100. Courier guy said it’s from Amazon. A new way of scamming.

First think i didn’t lose my hard earned money easily because if amazon or a seller cheat with me so i am also a jugadu indian who has another way to recover my money (i am not think to go to that way as much as possible). I didn’t cheat any one like this ya i got many price error deals but most of them got cancelled and rest of them was useless or this type and if any price error deal come so that was a mistake and anyone who get product from that he just have good luck. he/she who got this type of deal didn’t go to seller or amazon to tell please change your price so i can cheat you. you thinking like who cheated me was a good person and i am bad becouse he cheated me such a useless thinking bro

Did you receive any invoice with your order?

Moral of story: Never Buy products on COD in loot deals/ New sellers.

Place another order with same seller on COD and record the delivery also the front of the package.

By this you can catch this scam officially as proceeding things works only on proofs.

In this case Amazon may only issue partial refund as a apology token to protect their reputation but teaching lesson to these sellers is necessary.

My order also get cancelled by amazon but tomorrow i get xpressbees courier service msg when the person come to deliver it i  refused to take.

It’s op mistake clearly in that deal it’s mentioned that seller is NEW n rest tells entire story.
Any way good luck if u get ur money back n don’t repeat it again.

Ye new sellers chet hote hain.. maine bhi ek jacket order kiya tha 100 rs ka.. 8h baad delevered show kar diya.. but i didnt got that.. then raised complain with Amazon.. got refund.. still not worth time following customer care

Since delivery didnt happen, I dont think you can complaint against on Amazon. But yes, please do report to cyber complaint online.

Update (on march 6) :- Finally i got my full amount back with the help of expressbees hub manager becouse he know me verywell so i request him to do anything for me so he talk with his senior authorities and then tell me to write down an note (about i get wrong product and bla bla) then he will picked up my order on 4th of march and today i get my full money back , but in this full sinerio i learn a think don’t trust on any new seller or any one who claiming i can get you that thing in very less rate and if you get something in price error or a loot price so check your amazon order status two time before taking order. at last i thank to everyone who try to resolve my issue in this dd family , Thank you. Now it seems it’s more dangerous, if prepaid mostly amount will be blocked for few days until Refund
