Amazon Subscribe and save questions

hi one question regarding amazon subscribe and save, 

I added one subscription, got 5% discount on discounted price,

added second subscription of a diaper, got 10% discount on subscribe and save

added third subscription, got 10 % discount on discounted price, but now 1st item is showing  

and 

when I added third subscription, price of first subscription item is showing " The order for this item is currently being updated. also i checked price for first item is already increased a lot.

My question is when price for first item will get updated. Also for first item, will I get 10% discount on current price or 10 % discount of original price at which i placed ordered considering it would be first delivery for all three items.
