Amazon to end partnership with Narayana Murthy’s Catamaran Ventures from May 2022
Cloudtail India is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prione Business Services. Prione is a joint venture between Catamaran and Amazon. The two partners are going to exit from the business at a time when there is stricter surveillance on the operations of the foreign e-commerce marketplaces in the country.

A certain bhai can become the largest retailer in India and sell a lot of “Good Life”, but Amazon and Flipkart cannot sell more than 25% from one vendor on their marketplace. The government simply does not want consumers to have some savings in their kitty due to the deals and offers online.

This why no loot & good deals in some recent sales. Gov is pressurizing e-commerce portals bcz offline merchants business are not doing well due to more & more ppl now preferring online shopping for getting cashbacks/rewards, bank discounts etc. If offline business are not doing well why should consumer suffer.
Its about predatory pricing.
Jio did same by stretched free trial offer and after wards low rate for long.
Now almost all in telecom exited and its now become duopoly.
Same should not happen due to unfair predatory pricing of Amazon and fk.
So its time for govt and cci to act hard on rules breakers.

Local dukaan walo ki shakal nhi dekhni yaar mjhe fir se. Wo mrp pe product dete h or wapis lene me gadhe jaisa muh bna lete h☹️
