Amazon UPI transaction stuck at pending. Its already been 15 days. What will happen now???

I had done few upi transaction on 4th of march using amazon pay upi linked with SBI of with 2 transaction got stuck ie. money was deducted but was never sent to the payee. Money was deducted from my bank account and was never refunded. Amazon pay still shows pending for these 2 transactions.
Contacted SBI customer care but they did not provide any help stating that upi transaction was made on 3rd party app.
Contacted Amazon customer care and was told to contact bank
Had raised complaint using amazon app under the pending transactions but the query is still open…..
The amount is not too big to break the wallet just 20 and 25 rs.
But this can happen in the future too so now I am worried doing any UPI transactions as SBI won’t provide any help for UPI if done using 3rd party app.
NO solution in sight…..

Only SBI give this bullshit excuse of using 3rd party app in case of failed transaction.
Just go to your local branch have a talk with your branch manager he will sort things out for you. Earlier I also faced this issue and it got solved after visiting my branch.
Generally SBI’s UPI infrastructure sucks. Use other private sector bank’s UPI.If you’re low in budget (0 MAB Person ) Even small finance bank’s (Like ujjivan) or payment bank’s (like paytm/airtel) UPI failure rate is much less.
But it’s true, using first party UPI app(Bank’s own) is always better, you’ll get faster refunds, lower transaction failure rate.
Try to get an account in HDFC/ICICI. Their MAB requirement is high but in case of them , you won’t have to face those hurdles. Coz they maintain good server and their customer service is also good.
register you UPI complaint here and wait 48hrs -

Double check payee account statement for last 15 days, it would have been credited. I have faced this issue earlier amazon shows it as pending but the payment has already been made albeit after some delay on the day you sent the money.
Yes, check the beneficiary account. It might have been credited, still amazon pay status might be “pending”. I got the money after some time I made the transaction. The amazon pay status was “pending” for several days.

Refrain using upi payment from sbi almost everytime it goes into pending stat better go with hdfc/icici bank

Min 2-3 working days wait for any failed upi transaction to reverse. This issue is not easily resolved(& the disadvantage of using 3rd party apps) because of so many agencies involved in between. e.g. sending money from amazonpay upi linked to sbi acc to googlepay upi linked to pnb acc. amazonpay upi—send money from sbi—bank handling amazonpay upi(because of yes bank fiasco now every 3rd party upi app using more than 1 bank just like google pay except for paytm because they have their own bank) say kotak—to googlepay upi with axis bank handle—money goes to axis bank upi network—money forwarded to pnb—money credited into pnb acc.
So in above example there are total 4 banks involved along with two 3rd party apps.
Now compare above with sending money via sbi bhip upi app to same upi id. sbi upi—money send from sbi acc—money send via sbi upi network handling sbi upi—money forwarded to axis bank upi network handling googlepay upi—money forwarded to pnb—money credited into pnb acc. Total 3 banks involved with only one 3rd part app & entire send money part is handled by single bank.
