Amazon worst experience - beware flipkart is getting better Nowadays

I have placed order for dining table (white 6 seater)
after 3-4 follow-ups for delivery I recvd delivery and see that it was 4 seater and dark walnut

now I contacted amaozn CC they are saying only refund on return
although product page clearly shows replacement and item is in stock and deliverable to my address with same seller
but they r refusing for replacement and saying only refund on return

but I waited for 10 days to get this delivered
and followed up 10-20 hrs over chat or call with support
escalated to manger level but still same?

any option of highest escalation or how to go legally with consumer court??

We can’t do anything. It is decided by system not by CC agent. It may be due to different seller also size of material.

You should be glad that you’re able to return it and get the refund. People are scared to request returns on Flipkart.

Nothing will work
They might’ve added this restriction because of it being a large package and the fact that you got a different product (If there’s some mixup with product ASIN, then there’s no point in shipping the same wrong product)

Fk is far better no questions asked on return of heater , here in my case even Amazon is at fault they re not even caring

Ridiculous that though it was Amazon’s fault shipping wrong product I had to follow up 20 times spend hours on calls and still see nothing happened

why do you need to follow-up so much…
you could have simply placed return request with the reason…Different story if you want things to be done ASAP
