Amex bill not getting fetched on mobikwik "full pay" code
Tried few steps :-
1. Given sms permission to mobikwik app
2. Uninstalled/reinstall mobikwik app
3.Given email access to mobikwik app
But in cc section it is showing "no statement found" under amex cc name. Other axis credit card is fetching bill with correct amount
Anyone have solution for this. I have statement sms from amex in messages (inbox) in android
Kindly suggest best solution

As I have said earlier as well, Amex not on bbps, so you can not use mobikwik to repay amex

try resending the statement mail and sms from another account. or try request statement on mail again from amex if possible
