SBI simplyclick gives 1.25% on all online transactions other than partner sites(like amazon) incl utility payments on other sites & with no limits.

Yes but it needs to be setup for billpay auto-debit.
Cardmember to enroll the eligible Card for which the communication has been sent and spend Rs.
7,000 or more on utilities in a calendar month and get 5 Membership Rewards® Points for every Rs.
100 spent on utilities transactions on their enrolled American Express® Card (including the transactions
on linked Supplementary Card(s)).
Minimum Spend: Rs. 7000
Is Loading into Paytm wallet eligible?
No that is not considered as utility payment you will get regular reward points
Basically spend Rs.16,700 every month on utilities & earn 1,334 RPs.
Max 1000 per month I think
