100 off 3000 doesn't help as it needs to be in 1500
I already loaded 1500 ×2 paytm
Need to do 1500 ×2 somewhere else
I can purchase amazon gv but amazon pay gv balance can't be used to scan & pay qr code unlike paytm

Yes, possible to pay credit card bill using Paytm wallet.
Mobikwik charge 1+% for credit card bill payment.
Also you can use it to buy the Amazon gv (using offer ₹100 off ₹3000) which is running from few months.
