Is it necessary to enroll on monthly basis for 1k bonus points on 20k spends for amex mrcc. Just got new one today.
Also any ways to do 20k transactions for completing monthly milestone benefits.

You need to enroll only for the offers (spend based/festive etc). No need to enroll for the regular monthly bonus points
