Amex small shop offer query

Can anyone please confirm. No where near my place accepts amex

Although I am not from Chennai and did not use this offer, you can locate small shop from this URL:

I think and I read it some where that these are the only place where the small shop offer is applied..
Although you can check terms and conditions for confirmation.

Amex is great in terms of timely credit of cashback and reward points.

I just got 500*3 (Total 1500) cashback for 1000*3 (Total 3000) transactions.

Also got the bonus 1000 points for month 1000*4 transactions
