An important update on Amex Platinum Travel Card benefits

We would like to inform you that from 22 January 2021, the American Express® Travel Online (ATO) Vouchers redeemable against Membership Rewards® points will be replaced with Bonus Membership Rewards® points.

You can redeem these Membership Rewards® points from the following options:
- Book domestic and International Flights, Hotels and Transfer on American Express Travel Online portal
- Get Flipkart gift Voucher
- Choose from 500+ exciting redemption options in the Membership Reward catalogue price table

Please note that the Bonus Membership Rewards® points will be credited to you only when you reach out to us via chat through the Amex App or call the number at the back of your Card once you reach the spend milestone.

American Express® Travel Online Vouchers that are not redeemed in the next 30 days will be deactivated automatically. However, your Account will be reinstated with Membership Rewards® points that were used in the redemption process, by 28 February 2021.
