Anil Ambani had taken around 18 Billion Dollars (Rs.1,35,000 crores) from Chinese Banks during the period 2007-2010 for purchasing Chinese equipment to use in his Telecom and Power sector companies in India.
Anil Ambani played tricks in Indian Courts in 2G scam-related cases. But this is London Court and petitioners are Chinese Banks. His monkey tricks won’t work anymore,” said International Law Experts.

If UK doesn’t extradite Mallya and Nirav Modi, India shouldn’t hand him to the UK/China (if he doesn’t pay).
Even if UK does hand over Mallya and others, India shouldn’t hand over this man!

Not to say those idiots in UK are any better. Harboring fugitives just because Indian jails are not good enough for the Mallya and Modis. I am not sure why those guys don’t realise that in India they might be jailed for a few months and after that they can enjoy their entire life without being tagged as a fugitive. SC was following up the Sahara case very seriously and probably something changed that he was let out on bail (no news after that). Even if they refunded the money shouldn’t he have been jailed for fraud?

I guess the money is owed by his company Reliance and not himself. And the company has already filed for bankruptcy. Anil Ambani has also declared himself he has no money or any assets worth something.
So I guess, they can’t force him. Let’s hope Mota bhai saves him. 😄😄
