My advice: Do nothing, whoever has transferred the amount will realise and will definitely raise to their bank. It will be reversed most probably after few days when the request is handled. Just don't use that balance.
First transfer the amt to bank account . Then withdraw the money
After that close both paytm and bank account
Finally dump the sim cards

i mean till how many days person can contact his bank for dispute
First - don’t disclose his/her upi id.
Second - use that upi on gpay and text him/her over there. You’ll have the proof that you’ve tried to solve the problem.

Call him and sing this song -
Ojha re Ojha
Hehe Ojha
Ojha re Ojha
Hehe Ojha
and disconnect 😝
If the person raise issue with their bank to beneficiary bank hold that amount but in case of paytm they simply block the account .

Yes i aggreged same even i experience this with paytm immediately if they found something suspicious or you reported any disputed transaction immediately block will happen with debit freeze no hearing & all , later for unblock your self a/c now you need to proof you r right person no mistake has done from my end sadly .😚
a) It's not anonymous. You can clearly see his UPI ID.
b) If I will report this then paytm first blocked my account due to suspicious activity kindly suggest.
No. Your account will not blocked for suspicious activities. Paytm is not a fool.
Remedy
That transaction is done from Google Pay.
Refund that amount no questions asked from your Paytm account using that gpay UPI.
Remove all the balance amount, if any after the refund, to your personal bank account.
Inform Paytm regarding the same.
It's that easy. 🙂🙂🙂

It seems human mistakes, many users mistakenly send money to wrong upi/bank ac, people either commit such acts in hurry or have same name as receiver bank ac..... most probably he might have raised the issue with his concerned bank, all u need to do is to not to use that money for next 10-15 days even after as long as possible as no one knows him or his condition right now.
Everyone is not that informed bhai. Same thing happened to me twice, and refunded them their money twice without any hesitation. If Paytm decides to block my account for being right then Paytm can go to hell. Btw, I am not stupid. I don't keep more that 30-40 paise in Paytm account. 🐒🐒🐒
