Friends, I need to order blue cut anti glare glasses for my kid as he is spending lot of time in front of desktop and mobile phone in this lockdown. Both Lenskart and coolwinks are giving the glass for around 700-800 rupees after applying all possible coupons.. Want to check if anyone has a review on the quality of these glasses from these sites? Are they both at par in terms of quality?

That’s still cheap. Basis blue cut lens at 650. Was it from GKB opticals or some cheaper/ local brand?

Blue-cut glasses by most companies are a marketing gimmick. They only filter at max 20% of the blue light. You’ll need amber-tinted glasses that filters like 80% of the blue colour.

Search in quora. There’s a thread on this.

If you’re using Windows, use https://justgetfl...om or on Linux, use RedShift. Also, use Eye Defender software.

Make sure, Flux is on (amber colour) at all times – 24×7.
