I see a lot of smart watches worth 1.5k having BP monitor, but are they accurate? Any recommendation?

it is not having smart watch features, also it's a littile big for my wrist.

Features like slp monitoring, bp, menstrual cycle, stress monitoring etc are additional ADD-ON features to the smartwatch to make it more lucrative but the ideal idea is just to use watch for messages/calling etc. So i don't think so you will get any smartwatch with 100% accuracy. You'll have to either between a watch or a BP monitor to be very precise. Hope this clarifies.
