I’m not getting the edge rewards points for the add-on cards in my edge account.
CC is saying that points for add-on cards get credited in their own edge accounts mapped to add-on cards holders customer ids. However, I’m not able to create net-banking login for add-on holders customer ids, probably because they don’t have any other relationship with the bank like savings account or primary credit card. Tried checking with cc but they are pathetic as usual.
Does anybody has any experience around it? Any help is appreciated.

I’ve also not received points for around last 6 weeks. Maybe some temporary issue. Since when you are not receiving the points?

Regarding add on cards reward points, the chat support team can help you if the guy on that day is really knowledged why I am saying it because out of the 5 agents I have encountered only one agent could help with the customer id/edge reward id of my add on card holders when I was Neo card holder. Now, I am select card holder so I have to try my luck again to extract the similar information from them.
My situation is even more worse. Not getting points for primary card also. They are doing nothing about my issue. Only option left for me before filing a law suit is escalating it to RBI once.
