I had bought IFB 23SC3 Convection Microwave Oven years ago, but I tried baking cakes multiple times but failed so I left. Now I am trying with cookies which are not bad, then will move to Bread and small Cakes.
Thing is, I am not getting good Vanilla/Chocolate taste and I'm not finding any good Indian youtube bakers who bake Indian cookies which you find in Bakeries. Please recommend both.

Thanks. Sorry, I should have been more clearer. By product Brands, I meant items we use in the recipe like Vanilla or Chocolate powder brands. 🫣
Is Weikfield a good brand? I have their Cocoa Powder but the smell is kinda weird. So wonder if I should use that.
I'm sorry to hear that you also had high hopes of baking cakes in a convection microwave.
When you bake cakes in these convection microwaves, only the outside cooks. If you try to cook the inside, the outside gets burnt.
Just like how everyone paid more for the spinning mop technology and found it not helpful, convection microwaves are not good for baking either. This happens only in India.
People dream of baking cakes and chocolate cookies in their new convection Microwaves, hoping the delicious smell will fill their homes, and in this way, they end up buying these more expensive models compared to solo Microwaves.
Wow! That's exactly what happened!! I followed the recipe exactly as shown in the recipe site/youtube but ended up getting burnt top, soggy bottom. I tried with lower temperature and higher duration but that again failed. Tried a few more times, didn't work. 😣
Bakeries have those big commercial grade convention ovens. So it might not be possible to recreate the exact taste and texture. It might also not be easy to find the exact recipe that they use. But you could say what you bake at home has your own unique homemade touch and taste!
You can bake the type of goodies that usually have the most videos on youtube to help you out - usually the basic 'American' homemade cookies like Chocolate chip and Oatmeal raisin. Maybe you'll find someone using the type of oven that you have. And then you can move on to stuff like banana-nut bread and cakes. Good luck! 👍🏼
Not professional still learning, I don't prefer any specific channel whichever recipe I like I just follow any random video and try to make it
