Any DishTV retailer here to help get transaction ID?

Time to help a common man. My barber went to get his recharge done from a retailer and he did in another VC. Next day when his TV got switched off he went back and that idiot said it was not his mistake and you wrote one digit wrongly although it was right and he()retailer misread it. So a single digit costed him Rs.100. Retailer is not paying him back and deleted SMS also and not giving txn id. The retailer is a feature phone user and don’t know how to fetch history and not even giving his delaer ID so that we can fetch it online.

Now dishtv wont help until he get txn id. So anyone here who can fetch the txn id?
