any personal experience about quality of this chair from hetal enterprises? having option of cancelling if not worth?

Had a similar one some years back, the chair looks identical, the problem with that was the back rest spring mechanism broke and the chair wouldn’t stay straight.

Bought another offline, which cost about 5k, using that without problems for more than 2 years.
