any experience on builder complaint with RERA regarding building quality like seepage / water leak etc ?

Hi Friends,

Do any one have experience on builder complaint with RERA regarding building quality like seepage / water leak etc ? My friend took a house from a chennai based reputed builder , Casa Grand and is having too many seepage issue. when complaining to builder they initially did some re-painting work , post which seepage came again in few days. Now builder is not responding. Any way we can seek help from RERA on this ?

P.S. Anyone having good experience on seepage fixing in Bangalore ? any vendor recommendation .

yes in one place outside bathroom wall , and in one place in balcony terrace

2 coats under bathroom tiles. If Indian toilet installed then that is the culprit. I recently changed to commode toilet all. This is the solution Screenshot20230607113853
