AFAIK CCTV cloud storage is when your cctv is linked and the feeds are stored on the cloud so you can monitor from anywhere and dont have to worry about not having enough local storage or footage getting erased.
The feeds are compressed and you need an API to watch the feed on the cloud. I think there are separate providers who provide different plans purely for storing cctc feeds.
