some relative of my friend sent external hard disk to him which had photos and videos of their recent function.they sent it thru mark express couriers.now courier is showing delivered but it was never delivered to him.their customer care email do not reply.they have only one franchise in city who is saying that the delivery person was working on day to day basis and has left his office.his number is now unreachable.the franchise person spoke very very rudely.can anyone help with this companies customer care number or email?

They got heavy customers, most of small and mid size businesses uses delhivery

After this much drama I would even doubt hdd health for any reliable short/long term storage because of too much physical damage chances. Your relative should have sent it via cloud storage(many options available for a few hundred rupees per month).
