I saw a Rs 50 cashback on my HDFC rupay tata Neu cc. Wondering from which merchant / billpay app / source this is from? Any idea. See the screenshot

No. That was a scan and pay bill pay via billdesk. That is an incoming transaction. For that any cashback won't come to credit card account, rather the bank account used to make the payment. This could be linked to past month spend. I am not sure if the criteria.
