any issue with cashback option for most products on amazon.in?
Hi All,
I'm unable to see the cashback option under most products for amazon.in. eg: This amazonbasics charger: 25w amazonbasics charger even though I have a 300 cashback coupon in the account. However, this vu tv has a cashbackI VU. I tried different browsers and two different prime accounts. Only able to see bank discounts. I also read that apario retail is no longer a seller on amazon from today, is this possibly because of this?

Amazonbasics 300 cb on 799 coupon removed from 99.9% of the amazonbasics products after it went viral online.
Although unsure if Oliver has the brand specific one or something else.
(He says it applies on VU televisions. Although it couod also be some other offer.)
Thanks Keed and guest999, hope you are doing good too. Yea its more of a generic pan amazon.in question. It appears that 80-90 percent of the products suddenly have their cashbacks removed. For instance this cleaning store coupon, 10 percent upto 750

I tried check for a few products under the cleaning store and the cashback portion does not show up. I used to see a cashback mention on almost every product on amazon but now its just the bank discount. In the screenshot below, cashback should have showed up where the blue arrow is pointing:
or even the home safety store, a digital lock like the lavna does not show cashback
Hope life is otherwise kind to you and things are fine.
So the account in which you DO see the cashback (on the TV).. is where you collected the reward?
Once check the eligibility catalogue page of the same then.
Perhaps some SKUs (items) from AmazonBasics are ineligible.
Unless the cashback offer was categorically tied down to a particular seller, it is unlikely that the delisting of Appario Retail would have an impact on the offer at large.
So yes, it boils down to having the terms and conditions of the reward.
Maybe others here can figure out the offer/reward you have in the account and post the link of the Terms
or if you have.. then you can.
If the offer suddenly becomes redundant due to the sole seller, then it is rather lame.
Try to see if the AmazonBasics item has other FBA sellers too and can try to add to cart from those sellers.
If ClickTech seller is there, try to add the item from them and see if the cashbacks show.
(ClickTech is the successor of CloudTail. Appario was only a stop-gap successor and that too mostly only for electronics.
To comply with the tweaked laws, Amazon let go of playing shadow games... by delisting large sellers in which it had direct stake.)
