Pharmacy 50% new paypal offer will not work because i dont have new paypal account. (I can think of creating new account if mobile number is not needed)

Timesprime membership never worked in any of my phones.
You have to give app access to read your SMS. I installed the app in a spare phone, switched sim to this new phone, gave access to SMS. App validated the sim and SMS access and I got times prime option in 2 days. You can give it a try.
Once times prime access is activated, you can switch sim back.
