There will be many remedies, but not all will suit everyone. I suggest to go into debugging mode and see what is causing it. It could be milk products, foods you consume, personal hygienic condition, that old pillow/ mattress on which you sleep every day. I can go on, but then its you who need to think through several other day-to-day things involved.

drink saafi water
clean forehead with face wash.
if oil your hair then stop as oil attracts dust and acne.
apply aleovera gel(from plant) on forehead.

In my case.. drinking more water and reducing milk products worked
Visit a dermatologist first.. he will let you know, what exactly is your case
Take antibiotics for a little while and then shift to natural remedies?

Apply Fuller’s Earth(Multani Mitti). It might help to reduce them to some extent. If it doesn’t help then

1. Visit a dermatologist

2. Stop eating oily/junk food & refined sugar. Forehead acne is also caused due to poor digestion of food in our body.

3. Drink lots of water

4. Don’t apply oil in your hair for longer period & make sure you don’t have dandruff.

5. Don’t use any random OTC medicine for acne. Also do not try a lot of acne face wash/cleanser of various brands.

Take sotret 10 mg for 10 days, use fash foam face wash 2 time , don’t touch acne, use salicylic & gylocylic ointment 6% once a week. That’s all. Note- sotret capule will make your lip dry and may be little skin flaking. So use good nuetrel moisturizer preferred nutreogena spf one price around 500. After 10 days start applying adaplene gel with lowest concentration for 30 days at night.

Yes visit good dermatologist first, before any DIY remedies makes it worse (personal experience pensive)

Use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash twice daily. It has salicylic acid. Works great.

Why you want to waste your time by looking at natural remedies because it won’t show you the results. Instead of this buy cream meant for acne treatment.

Also in addition to the above, and as others recommended, you need to visit a dermatologist.

On this topic, do a thorough research, and look for personal experiences (if possible) to see which doctor is best in your location. I’m saying this because the issue just doesn’t need medicines, you also need to fix the aggravating factors from your side. This is something the doctor or yourself need to find out. Most doctors I experienced doesn’t go into these details, basically doesn’t engage/talk much. Just look at problem area, prescribe medicines, and move on to next consultation. I’ve experienced very rare instances where doctors talk and find the underlying problem.

Go to a good one. One dermatologist had prescribed me retino AC. It worked wonders to me. 🙂 I had severe Acne Vulgaris.
Ask your dermatologist about this.
Precautions: people with mental instability and pregnant persons should avoid this

Drink water. Invest in a copper bottle and make sure that it is always more than half-filled. Wash your face twice with cold water as it will close your pores.
