Are you using paid jio fibre or free?
free. in MyJio app, it is showing free plan will expire at 15-Jan-2020.
I haven’t enquired about this from a long time since their broadband rates were too high.. m using fiber from Aug 2018 and I have paid 4.5k for the same that’s it…
I am silent coz if I enquire a lot about this then chances are high that they migrate me to their new paid plans..
Or else if I don’t find any competitive plans from them I’ll scrap fiber n shift to my earlier local broadband plan itself.
For viewing channels I have my tv box..

Now installation is 1000 non refundable and 1500 for device refundable
In ^this video , Jio Set Top Box seems like android tv box. and it will use net. so 150gb/month will not be enough.
I use 100-150GB per month with a stupid 2Mbps connection from bsnl paying 800rs per month. No use in Jio Fiber. But they have come up with a weekly 200rs 1000GB top up plan.
I think all Jio fibre connections are stopped and asking for payment in my area.
they have not even completed 90 days preview offer.
so Reliance is as usual cheater (i.e. not fulfilling promised 90 day preview) ?

After successful refund they are calling me again and again for reinstallation of Jio fiber at my new house, I told them ur plans are too costly They told we will give you 40gb data addon for free 3 times a month for 1st 3 months. I told them still plan are so costly 
…they told me we will arrange a callback for you from our senior
They should have done this before uninstalling everything..
What’s the use of calling you and irritating you after this whole scenario o.O
I was planning to switch to ACT fibrenet from Jiofibre but it is more expensive than Jio in Jaipur…….Base plan @ Rs. 749+GST
What happens once migration plan gets completed in jio fibre?
Will our security deposit gets adjusted to monthly plan?
No not at all..
I have being using this from 2018 and now they won’t give me more further migration plans to my act hence I have raised a refund request from my account I hope this is done on immediate basis coz only then I can call my local cable operator n tell him to activate my plan.
Refund of Rs. 4500 has been initiated for JioFiber Service ID xx to your bank account number ending with 2016. The refund amount will be credited via NEFT within 72 hours.
