If anyone using standard chartered smart creditcard, can answer this query please..

As per card feature, we get 2% cashback upto 1000 for online txns. When we get this cashback? I made a txn day before yday worth 21K. Txn is reflecting in Txn history. But I neither received sms about this 2% cashback like FK Axis card nor found any info about this cashback in the standard chartered portal. So when do we get this cashback?

I think it may take upto 5 or 7 days sometimes. Remember @Scorpion said this in other thread.

Normally they will credit the cash back in 3 to 7 days.
We can check the same in 360 rewards website. (It can be viewed from SCB web or app)

Before statement generation also we can redeem if we have earned required amount like 1000/500.

It will show cb amount for each txn seperately. But we will not receive msg like Flipkart axis card.
