Any idea if we can apply for the rupay platinum debit card from a niyox account ? Sorry if this is unrelated to the OP
how can we close the account … i mean when its not required after few months.. Is it same as IDFC and require to visit the branch. Since the branch are few it will be hard to go to branch.
simply leave the account as is. It will become dormant.
I am already holding Equitas Bank Account FD created through Google Pay. Now how to create selfe account? Once I login to my FD account, it’s saying you don’t have CASA account which means no Current account Savings account @Random123 @abhishek012

When I tried creating Selfe account, it is saying you are already Equitas Customer

No rupay card for selfie account
You do full kyc, your account converts to regular 10000 AMB account, for which they are not charging anything so far.
You can get rupay card only after full kyc.
You need to visit branch for account opening as you already have FD which means you already a customer, so online is not possible

I called customer care Today. They have confirmed since I already became a customer by opening fd through Gpay, I cannot create savings or selfe account online. I need to visit the branch to create savings account
Even for newly created account they say visit branch, addhar data mismatch and all

Update: Received the Rupay Platinum debit card today via Professional Couriers.
My account online still shows 2 debit cards. Waiting for them to block one otherwise I have to call them again.
After first time use your RuPay Platinum debit card, old visa card will get automatically block.
@yolodime Thanks for all your updates..I called & they issued me RuPay Platinum debit card today . I guess it will be received within 7 days. Customer care is quite supportive & my account is also Full KYC now.
