is there any savings account with no charges for sms/DC ?
even digital or old type book account is fine
As charges are increasing day by day, and few guys own 5+ account and getting charged 850rs + per year.
In our area, HDFC bank give platinum card or some DC to all and they charged some 650rs+.
offtopic:
i own one Indusind bank account, still now no SMS charges or DC, but they removed that account for new opening i think.
if anybody asked means, we can point out which one is free and which one is not, as googlepay/other are must these days once 10rs/20rs circulation is stopped deliberately by govt or pulled by corporate, everyone is doomed and only way is digital.

My 6 month experience with Kotak 811 has been good with no surprise charges levied. They do call relentlessly though until you take their Credit Card as well which I eventually did because I actually needed one.
Other than that, IDFC First has been carrying full front-page ads in Hindustan Times newspapers in Mumbai about no charges for most common / basic features. I do believe they have a minimum account balance requirement of Rs 10k which I believe it fair.
