any good companies sell smartphones within 5K range?
it will not be primary phone, a backup phone..but need to have latest android and all..

@DealFinder 5K is too low, you can get those cheap chinese ones maybe
Are you thinking of 2nd hand/2Gud/Refurbished ones as well?
