Any solution for urine with elder person/people?

I feel Diapers is a good option as elders urinate more and plastic sheets/absorbing sheets generally don't' serve the purpose.

BTW in elder males sometimes this is caused due to an underlying problem that is curable easily after a small operation. you may consult a good Urologist if that is the case.

It's not painful. They get used to it. It's the only long term solution. They have to get changed every month. 

You should also speak to neurosurgeon to identify the exact root cause of weakening bladder.

No respectable solution exists as of now. Plastic sheets and potty chair adjacent to bed are a must. Diapers are uncomfortable. Doctors often prescribe medicines specifically developed for bladder control, but they are not very effective
