Yes and their customer care team sucks, no one responds to emails.. now i am thinking better to close this card.

A month back we had received a notification that the RBL Zomato credit card would be discontinued.
RBL will be replacing that with LTF RBL shoprite credit card on 15th May.
Today is 21st May but I still haven't received any notification from them. No notification about Zomato credit card been discontinued, no notification about the new card dispatching soon etc.

From where did you get this information? As per their previous communication, new card was supposed to be dispatched on 15 May

Giving options to enable/disable transactions and set limits.
Also, giving an option to set new PIN.

I did not receive mail from RBL last month. Yesterday received Whatsapp Message with Shoprite LTF Card and its details.
