Any way to complaint DTC employee

I went DTC depo neharu place today for making pass and their is madam who misbehave and talk rudly to me ( they talk everyone like this )
Can I complaint against her so they get lesson how to speak to customer. Or any higher govt department where I sent complaint against her.

In kalkaji depot, no pass system is there.
It’s Delhi. What did you expect? Is there anybody in that godforsaken Hindi place who can speak in measured fashion?

Not everyone is alike … some are educated / some are rude …. language changes every now and then .
Not everyone is like … yes sir , yes mam .
Just get your JOB DONE and move on , and if you are not liking any system or place just move to other alternative .
Its wrong to forcibly purify anyone * read hitler * according to ones like / dislike .

दोस्तो, इस देश का कानन मुझे सूचना का अधिकार देता है
में किसी भी govt employee से किसी भी जानकारी को ले सकता हूं जोकि उस विभाग से जुड़ी हो जो वो अपने उपभाकतो को दे रहे है ताकि ये सत्यापन कर सके की ये जानकारी सही है की नही। हो सकता है उसकी जानकारी आधी अधूरी हो।
I am having one question, I have to visit Nehru place depot for DTC pass? Or can visit any depot like Kalkaji depot?
