Actually, my uncle is going so he has very basic sbi account. That’s it. Can we book it under 500 rs or less somewhere?

depends on the lounge. maybe someone who has already visite can share info on the Ahmedabad lounge.
According to my experience, Plaza premium lounge at Delhi, Bengaluru and TFS lounge at Chennai checks if the boarding pass name matches the one in the card.
Even if the last name matches, it works. For many members of our family, last name is same. We have tried sharing the card for lounge access. It worked everywhere

Hdfc platinum gives free lounge access ?
Rupay platinum has too many tnc’s now and I too don’t know whether that offer is still live or not
